Denis reached out to us with a special request: to organize a surprise marriage proposal for his girlfriend in Phuket. The goal was both simple and challenging — to create a beautiful, romantic, and unforgettable moment on her birthday.

The biggest challenge was the timeline. From the first inquiry to the event day, we had only four days. The first two days were dedicated to discussing the concept, exploring options, and finalizing all the details. This meant we had just two days to fully prepare and execute the project. The client had only two wishes: a beautiful dinner and a location with a sunset view. Everything else was trusted to our team.

The weather became an additional challenge. May marks the beginning of the rainy season in Phuket, which means outdoor events always require careful planning and a backup solution. We monitored forecasts across several weather services and identified a favorable window for the chosen date. However, we still selected a venue with a backup plan in case of unexpected rain. After reviewing multiple options, we chose Cape Rock — one of Phuket’s most beautiful locations for romantic celebrations. The key advantage of the venue was its fully private ocean-view area surrounded by dramatic cliffs. The space featured a separate table under an elegant canopy, completely isolated from the main restaurant area. This allowed us to create an intimate atmosphere with no distractions, no time limitations, and complete privacy for the couple throughout the evening.

After selecting the venue, we helped the client choose the perfect menu. The restaurant offered several dinner options, including premium meat and seafood selections. The couple ultimately chose an elegant seafood experience featuring lobster — the perfect choice for a romantic evening by the sea.

The next step was choosing the bouquet.

During our conversations, we discovered that the bride-to-be’s favorite flowers were peonies. Fortunately, the event took place in May, during the remaining peony season, which allowed us to source fresh, large, and beautifully fragrant flowers.

We presented the client with several bouquet options from our collection, and he selected his favorite design. For the proposal, we created a luxurious bouquet of 23 peonies that later became an important part of the surprise.

During the preparation process, the client wanted to add another unexpected element to make the proposal even more emotional.

We suggested creating a large surprise gift box.

The box was personalized with the message “For You”, and inside we placed balloons that would rise when opened. Among them was a large balloon with the words “Marry Me”. Every detail and message was custom-made specifically for this proposal.

To keep the surprise until the very end, we created a special story for the future bride. She believed she was simply coming to celebrate her birthday with a romantic dinner and a photographer capturing memories of the evening.

In reality, all the important elements of the proposal were already prepared and hidden at the venue: the surprise box, the flowers, and the ring.

Throughout the evening, one of our team members stayed with the couple, introducing herself as the photographer. Her real mission was to discreetly capture the most important moment of their lives.

After the event, she also created a memorable Reels video for the couple to keep forever.

On the day of the event, everything went exactly as planned.

The couple arrived at the restaurant, met the photographer, and began enjoying their birthday dinner. While the future bride believed she was simply celebrating her special day, our team was preparing for the perfect moment.

At the agreed time, a large gift box with the message “For You” was brought to the table. As she opened it, balloons flew into the sky.

One of them revealed the words: “Marry Me.”

At that moment, she turned around and saw her partner standing with the ring in his hands.

It was the moment everything had been created for.
