Terms of Christmas Decoration Rental (English Translation)1. Rental Period:The maximum rental period for the items is
45 days from the date of delivery and installation of the Christmas tree.
2. Delivery and Pickup:Delivery and dismantling are included in the price for customers within Phuket.
For locations outside Phuket, the cost is calculated separately.
3. Damage Deposit:A refundable deposit of
20% of the rental price is required.
After installation, photo and video documentation of the decorations and tree is carried out.
At the end of the rental period, all items must be returned in the same condition.
If any damage is found, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged additionally if it exceeds the deposit amount.
4. Client Responsibilities:- Proper Care: The client must handle the rented tree and decorations with care, ensuring their integrity and functionality. It is prohibited to use the items improperly or expose them to harmful conditions such as open flame, high humidity, or chemical substances.
- Damage or Loss: In the event of damage, spoilage, or loss of the rented items, the client is financially responsible. Compensation will be deducted from the deposit or charged additionally if it exceeds the deposit amount.
- Indoor Use: The tree is intended for indoor use only unless the company has explicitly approved outdoor placement. Only items originally installed outdoors by the company may be used outside.
- Return of Property: The client must provide access for dismantling and collection of the decorations at the agreed time. Delayed return incurs a penalty of 3% of the total rental cost per day.
- Damage Reporting: The client must immediately inform the company of any damage so it can be assessed and necessary actions taken.
5. Company Guarantees:The company guarantees that the composition of the décor and the tree will be agreed upon with the client prior to delivery.
We ensure timely installation and dismantling within the agreed timeframe.
If the client discovers any defects after installation, they must report them within
48 hours for items installed indoors.
For outdoor lighting, the warranty period is
72 hours.
If defects are reported within the specified period, the company will fix them free of charge.
6. Payment:Rental payment is made by
100% prepayment, including the deposit.
The deposit is returned on the day of dismantling, after the items are inspected.
7. Order Cancellation and Changes:- If the order is canceled 30 days or more before the delivery and installation date, a full refund is provided.
- If the order is canceled 25–30 days prior, 50% of the amount is retained.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 25 days before the delivery date, the payment is non-refundable.
